Nothin' but a $ Thang: Zynga partners with Dr. Dre for Mafia Wars promo
Nothing quite says "family friendly" like West Coast gangsta rapper Dr. Dre, which is likely why social game magnate Zynga has inked a deal with the musician to crosspromote his forthcoming album, "Detox," within Mafia Wars.
